Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow our fulfillment warehouse up to 3 business days to have your order processed. The packaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible! As soon as the order is shipped, you will received a shipment confirmation email and tracking number. If you're curious as to where your shipment is at any time, you can visit our website and check out our Order Tracking page for real-time updates on your shipment. If you haven't received your tracking number or don't see an update on the order status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the matter further!

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: 1st Class Gadgets sources its products from the USA, Europe and Asia. For domestic orders in the United States, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 10 to 25 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days.
